This morning feels like this:


I found this on my memory card today. It’s a picture from a number of weeks ago of a patch at the back of the garden shaded by a large Bramley Apple tree. The bit behind the hedge that no one can see that’s overgrown and wild. I actually didn’t want to fix the overgrown-ness because of all the pretty buttercups and daisies.

The sun decided to put these ones under the spotlight that morning maybe to remind me of the days when the adults would tell us that the yellow glow from putting a buttercup under your chin meant that you loved butter. :)
